Responsibilities:
1. Customer Relationship Management: Responsible for planning, developing, and maintaining customer relationship platforms, managing customer expectations, enhancing customer satisfaction, building long-term win-win partnerships based on trust, and supporting the achievement of the company's strategic goals.
2. Facilitating Business Success: Gain a deep understanding of customer strategies, business operations, and network pain points, identify and guide customer needs, provide tailored solutions, and help customers achieve business success.
3. Leading Sales Projects: As a core member of the project team, responsible for market development and opportunity identification, and achieve sales targets through effective project operations.
Qualifications:
1. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or higher, with at least 3 years of sales experience in the ICT industry, and a good understanding of business processes in the carrier sector.
2. Industry Resources: Experience in ICT sales companies, Huawei partners, or as an agent is preferred; a deep understanding of the ICT ecosystem is required.
3. Comprehensive Competencies:
* Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills;
* Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and strong stress resistance;
* Willingness to accept frequent business trips and assignments outside the home location;
* Alignment with the corporate culture, and a strong team spirit and pioneering mindset.
