Job Title: Account Executive

Location: Hybrid (WFH one day per week)

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm

Reports to: Account Manager / Client Lead

Start date: June/July 2026

About the role

We’re looking for a smart, detail-oriented and proactive Account Executive to join our growing client service team. You’ll play a key role in supporting and managing day-to-day client communications, project coordination, and campaign execution—especially across paid social media platforms like Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest and Reddit.

This role is perfect for someone with a solid grounding in digital marketing, who’s ready to step up, take ownership, and help deliver great work across exciting international & local client accounts.

Key responsibilities

Provide day-to-day support to the account manager across accounts in the digital media space.

Coordinate internal teams to ensure smooth execution of deliverables and clear communication.

Join client and partner meetings, take notes, prepare contact reports, and follow up on action items.

Receive and interpret campaign briefs; ensure clarity and alignment before briefing internal teams.

Brief paid social campaign managers on campaign builds (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Reddit).

Assist with QA of campaign setups to ensure accuracy and on-time launches.

Populate and manage reporting templates; work with performance teams to deliver insights.

Track timelines, deliverables, and ensure deadlines are met.

Communicate updates and status changes including optimisations, creative feedback, and reporting requirements.

Provide admin support as needed (scheduling, file organisation, documentation).

Required skills and competencies

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Exceptional attention to detail and quality control.

Highly organised with excellent time-management skills.

Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.

Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.

Comfortable in fast-paced environments and adaptable to change.

A proactive mindset with a willingness to take initiative.

Strong sense of ownership and accountability.

Team player who can take direction and deliver reliably.
