About our client
Our client is a mid-to-large, fully integrated agency with serious creative credentials and an enviable client list. They’re in an exciting phase of momentum – creatively sharp, strategically strong and culturally solid.
They’re looking for a confident, commercially savvy Account Director to lead one of their fastest-growing financial services portfolios. You’ll be the senior day-to-day lead on the account, owning the relationship and ensuring the work is seamless, strategic and impactful.
What the job involves

Leading the day-to-day client relationship at mid-to-senior stakeholder level

Being the first point of contact – ensuring the client feels heard, guided and confident in delivery

Translating complex product briefs into clear, inspiring creative briefs alongside strategy

Proactively identifying opportunities – not waiting for the client to spot them

Overseeing integrated communication ecosystems across ATL and digital platforms
-
Ensuring diplomacy, precision and clarity across all brand touchpoints

Managing scope, margins and resource allocation with commercial awareness

Working closely with a Business Unit Director who provides overarching governance
What you need to be considered

5–7 years’ agency experience
-
Strong experience leading fully integrated accounts (ATL + digital)

Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders with confidence

Commercial literacy – you understand margin, scoping and the value of agency time

Calm, resilient and solution-oriented under pressure
-
High emotional intelligence and excellent communication skills
-
Financial services experience is advantageous
