Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and recruit qualified ABA professionals including BCBAs, RBTs, and other clinical staff
- Utilize proactive sourcing techniques including LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and industry-specific platforms
- Manage candidate pipelines and coordinate recruitment processes in collaboration with hiring managers and clinical leadership
- Conduct interviews and assessments to ensure candidates meet job requirements and company culture fit
- Maintain detailed and accurate candidate records using applicant tracking systems
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top ABA talent
- Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive candidate experience
- Meet recruitment goals within established timelines while maintaining high quality standards
Requirements
- Proven recruitment experience within ABA, healthcare, or behavioral health sectors preferred
- Strong ability to actively source candidates through diverse channels beyond posting jobs
- Experience recruiting for clinical roles such as BCBAs, RBTs, or Behavior Technicians is a plus
- Proficient in using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and applicant tracking systems
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Highly motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
