Aero Chef Elite is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented AP/AR Accountant to join our growing team. This role offers a unique opportunity for an ambitious individual.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing accounts payable and receivable processes and coordinating with A/P and A/R team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
- Monitor cash flow, payments, invoices, and collections.
- Ensure timely and accurate suppliers and customers confirmations and reconciliations.
- Review accounting entries and maintain accurate financial records.
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding financial matters.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Support audits and provide required financial documentation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
- 2 – 3 years of accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of payables, receivables.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and experience in Odoo is preferred.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Experience in the catering industry or F&B sector is preferred
Work conditions:
- Location: Head Office-Nasr City
- Days off: Saturday& Friday
- Working hours: from 9 AM till 5 PM
