Job Responsibilities
- Issue and process invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
- Monitor, reconcile, and maintain customer accounts.
- Follow up on collections and outstanding receivables.
- Handle bank transactions and daily banking activities.
- Maintain accurate financial records and prepare reports as required.
Job Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in accounting or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of invoicing and account reconciliation.
- Experience in collections and banking transactions.
- Very good command of Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
