​Role Overview ​The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction, managing classroom dynamics, and supporting the developmental needs of students in Grades 4 and 5. This is a half-day position, ideal for a professional looking to make a meaningful impact within a focused morning schedule.
​Key Responsibilities ​Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with the curriculum for Grade 4 and Grade 5 learners. ​Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment. ​Assess, track, and report on student progress and development. ​Collaborate with fellow staff members to maintain the high academic and behavioral standards of Studler Academy. ​Provide academic support and encouragement to students to help them reach their full potential. ​Requirements ​Nationality: Must be a South African citizen. ​Education: Relevant teaching qualification/degree. ​Experience: Proven experience working in a primary school setting or a similar educational environment is essential. ​Profile: We are looking for a young, enthusiastic educator who is passionate about working with children and eager to grow within a dynamic school culture. ​Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, patience, creativity, and the ability to manage a classroom effectively.
