3rd Shift Server/Shift Leader- Immediate Start Jobs in Louisville, KY at Burger Boy Diner
Burger Boy Diner is a 24/7 full-service restaurant that serves delicious burgers and breakfast all day, every day. We are looking to hire servers for Third shift. Our servers can average between $20-$50 per hour with wages and tips. Tips are paid out on the following morning.
We are looking for responsible people who want to work. We need shift leaders who will go above and beyond the role of only serving food. The Third Shift is 11:00 p.m.- 7 a.m.
– Greet and seat customers in a friendly and efficient manner
– Take customer orders and provide recommendations on menu items
– Enter orders accurately into the POS system (Toast)
– Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers
– Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
– Upsell menu items and promote specials to increase sales
– Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
– Follow all food safety and handling procedures
Experience:
– Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality setting
– Knowledge of food preparation and culinary techniques is a plus
– Strong upselling skills to maximize sales opportunities
– Familiarity with Toast point-of-sale systems
– Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $8.50 – $10.00 per hour
