About the Role
As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you'll own the entire recruitment lifecycle—from winning new business through to placing exceptional candidates.
You'll be responsible for developing new client relationships, sourcing top technology talent, negotiating commercial agreements, and managing recruitment processes across both permanent and contract markets.
This isn't a warm desk.
It's an opportunity to build something that's truly yours.
From day one, you'll work directly alongside the founder, joining client meetings, learning how to pitch, negotiate, and close business before gradually taking ownership of your own client portfolio.
What You'll Be Doing
- Winning new business through outbound sales and business development
- Building long-term relationships with hiring managers across the Technology sector
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from client acquisition through to placement
- Sourcing, interviewing and presenting exceptional technical candidates
- Negotiating recruitment fees and commercial agreements
- Managing both permanent and contract recruitment opportunities
- Building and growing your own contractor portfolio
- Creating talent pipelines across Technology, Telecommunications and Data Centre markets
- Maintaining accurate CRM records and managing your recruitment pipeline
- Achieving agreed sales and recruitment KPIs
What We're Looking For
You'll thrive in this role if you're someone who genuinely enjoys the commercial side of recruitment.
We're looking for someone with:
- A minimum of 1 year's agency recruitment experience
- Experience working within a 360 recruitment environment
- Confidence making outbound sales calls and winning new business
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A resilient, proactive and self-motivated mindset
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently
- A genuine desire to build a long-term career within recruitment
Experience recruiting within any of the following sectors would be advantageous:
- Technology
- Telecommunications
- Data Centres
- Infrastructure
- Engineering

You'll earn commission across both Permanent Recruitment and Contract Recruitment, giving you multiple income streams and significant long-term earning potential.
Permanent Recruitment
Earn commission based on the commercial terms you negotiate with your clients. The stronger the relationships you build and the better the deals you negotiate, the more you earn.
Contract Recruitment
Build your own contractor portfolio and create recurring monthly commission as your contract desk grows.
As your monthly invoicing increases, so does your earning potential allowing you to build recurring income month after month.
This role is designed for recruiters who want to build a highly profitable desk, not simply earn a monthly salary.
Please note: The commission structure is reviewed periodically and may be amended in line with business requirements.
🕒 Working Hours
This role primarily supports clients across the US East Coast, so your working hours will generally align with Eastern Time (ET).
You can expect to work approximately:
- 12:00 PM / 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM / 10:00 PM (South African time)
Working hours may vary slightly throughout the year due to daylight saving changes in the United States and business requirements.
Flexibility is important, particularly when supporting clients across multiple US time zones.
