Job Description
We are currently looking to expand our global support team. The successful applicant will have the chance of working remotely alongside our team of 45+ IT Engineers. The succesful applicant will be working a mix of day and night shifts.
Daily Tasks
Logging of support calls received by phone/email from our customers and helping provide solutions as a member of one of our helpdesk team. Carrying out pro-active or scheduled work for customers alongside our helpdesk team.
Soft Skills
Excellent verbal communications skills, can-do attitude, and a strong team player. Problem-solving issues using your own knowledge, support libraries and seeking advice & assistance from colleagues. Prior experience in a customer facing role would be advantageous and recommended.
Education & Technical Skills
- A strong interest in IT is very important and proven learning skills.
- National Senior Certificate (Matric) required.
- IT-related qualification or equivalent (NQF Level 4 or above) preferred.
- Customer service experience would be very beneficial.
- Existing help desk / IT support experience would be very beneficial.
About the Role
Working in our IT support department. Acting as the first point of call for logging calls from Customers. Assigning priority and managing customer expectation of time to resolution.
Future prospects and Career Progression
We would hope the successful candidate would stay with us and progress within the company as a second-line engineer.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: R20 000,00 – R22 000,00 per month
