Description
The role of the RDW Colleague is to compile accurate regulated drainage and water reports for our customers. Accuracy and quality are key to this role to produce a comprehensive regulated drainage search to the company standard that is compliant with PCCB guidelines.
Our customers work to strict timescales to facilitate the house buying process and it is important that all colleagues impart the same level of importance to the products we deliver back to the customer. We work in a business-to-business environment.
Key Responsibilities
- All activities required to produce an accurate and compliant RDW search report.
- All activities required to produce accurate asset, roadway and footpath plans to fulfil other products as required.
- Using specified drawing apps to produce asset maps to a high standard for all Water Authorities.
- Use in-house software to access work queues and orders requiring actions.
- Review the water authority data to determine to correct answers to include in the RDW report.
- Supplier and client query resolution within expected SLA.
- Manual order required data to fulfil RDW searches following correct procedures.
- Access required reporting via powerBI as required.
- Attend 1-2-1 and team meetings
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- You are an excellent communicator and have a customer focused approach on all tasks.
- You will have key understanding of the industry and conveyancing process.
- You will understand how the tasks affect the workflow of the customer order.
- You will work positively with all your team colleagues and the wider business.
- You will achieve the SLA’s and KPI’s set by the business.
- You will communicate with all internal and external contacts in a professional manner.
- You will have a professional and proactive attitude.

- The role operates within a UK customer support environment, requiring alignment to UK business hours and UK public holidays.
