Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a finance team across core finance functions (R2R, O2C, P2P)
- Oversee financial reporting, month-end processes, and balance sheet integrity
- Drive performance across billing, collections, and working capital management
- Ensure strong compliance with IFRS, internal controls, and audit requirements
- Identify and implement process improvements, automation, and efficiencies
- Support system enhancements and financial process optimisation initiatives
Job Experience and Skills Required:
- Education: BCom in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Experience: Minimum 3–5 years’ experience within finance operations or shared services, including leadership exposure
- Skills: ERP systems experience (SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics advantageous)
- Strong understanding of financial reporting and closing processes
- Proven leadership, stakeholder management, and analytical capability
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
