At Neodustria, we are building a next-generation industrial AI platform combining physics-aware systems, machine learning, and large-scale data infrastructure.
We are structuring a high-performance delivery team with strong engineering ownership, fast execution cycles, and production-grade standards.
We are hiring senior, hands-on Platform Engineers (5+ years experience) across multiple domains — all roles are remote and focused on delivery, ownership, and system building.
🎯 What we are building
A full-stack industrial AI platform:
- AI/LLM systems (RAG, adapters, orchestration)
- Data ingestion & market intelligence pipelines
- Simulation & engineering workflows
- Scalable cloud-native infrastructure
Our stack includes:
- Backend: Go, Python
- Frontend: React, Vite
- AI/ML: LLMs, RAG, ML pipelines
- Infra: Kubernetes, Helm, Docker, GPU workloads
- Observability: Prometheus, Grafana, Loki
- Testing: Playwright, Codecov, k6
- Data: PostgreSQL, S3, Redis
- DevOps: GitHub Actions, CI/CD enforcement
We operate with strict production standards:
- Mandatory testing (unit, integration, E2E)
- CI/CD gates (coverage, quality checks)
- Real environments validation (staging/preprod)
- Performance & reliability monitoring
🔧 Open Roles (All Senior + Hands-On)
1. Backend Platform Engineer (Go / Python)
- Design and build scalable backend services (APIs, ingestion, orchestration)
- Work on data pipelines, AI integration, and system reliability
- Implement observability (Prometheus, Grafana)
- Ensure production-grade performance and fault tolerance
👉 Strong experience required:
Go, Python, APIs, PostgreSQL, Redis, Kubernetes, Docker
2. Frontend Platform Engineer (React / Vite)
- Build high-quality interfaces for AI-driven workflows
- Develop scalable frontend architecture (modular, testable)
- Implement E2E testing with Playwright
- Work closely with backend & AI teams for real-time systems
👉 Strong experience required:
React, Vite, Playwright, modern frontend architecture
3. Quality & Testing Platform Engineer (Critical Role)
- Own the end-to-end quality strategy across all services
- Implement automated testing pipelines (unit, integration, E2E)
- Enforce coverage with Codecov and CI gates
- Set up performance testing (k6, Grafana)
- Validate systems in real environments (staging/preprod)
- Build frameworks for reliability, regression detection, and release confidence
👉 This is NOT a QA role – this is a platform-level quality engineering role
👉 Strong experience required:
Playwright, Codecov, k6, CI/CD systems, test architecture, production validation
4. Sales & Support Platform Engineer
- Build the end-to-end sales and support infrastructure
- Set up and integrate:
- Twenty CRM
- Chatwoot (support system)
- Documenso (contracts & documents)
- Design automated outbound systems (LinkedIn, email workflows)
- Leverage AI tools (Claude, LLMs) for:
- Sales automation
- Content generation
- Lead qualification
- Implement payment flows and user onboarding for the platform
👉 Hybrid profile: technical + systems + automation mindset
5. Platform Architect & Technical Lead (Hands-On)
- Lead the delivery team and enforce engineering standards
- Drive architecture across backend, frontend, AI, and infra
- Be deeply hands-on (code, reviews, system design)
- Run technical rituals (standups, reviews, delivery tracking)
- Accelerate execution and unblock teams
👉 This is a builder-leader role, not a managerial-only position
