We are seeking a Senior Lead Software Engineer who will guide, advise, inform, and mentor team members to enable them to perform their tasks to the best of their ability. The Senior Lead Software Engineer must ensure that the development team functions in a way that optimizes development to align with the company’s vision and strategic objectives.
Additionally, this role serves as thecommunicationbridge between the client, the team, and management.
Key Requirements
5-8 years of experience
Proven experience as a Senior Software Engineer
Experience using automated testing frameworks
Knowledge of Java, Jakarta EE platform, and the Spring Framework
In-depth knowledge of relational databases (e.g. Postgre
SQL, MySQL, MsSQL)
Familiarity with various operating systems (Linux, Mac OS, Windows)
Understanding of the full scope of the project for which the team is responsible, with the ability to delegate tasks effectively
Ability to experiment/test, validate assumptions, and connect the dots to reach conclusions
Profound understanding of project development with suggestions for optimal development considering the final market goal
BSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or any related field, or a professional programming or developer-related certification or training
